ANDI Closed Circuit Rebreather (CCR) courses are designed to give students an understanding and knowledge of CCR systems and how they function. During training, you will be taught general rebreather theory including the following:
Theory will be taught based on the specific rebreather unit you will be using. If you are renting from us it will be AP Inspiration Vision units.
The practical theory will include the following:
The process of getting acquainted with the rebreather will initially take place during confined environment exercises and will be followed by a series of open water dives.
Training is conducted using AP Valves Inspiration and Evolution units beginning with a confined session. This entry-level course is unit-specific to AP Valves Inspiration/Evolution units. Subsequent training is available on a unit of your choice for which you are certified to use.
Air Dil, 8 dives, 6 days, max depth 30 meters with no decompression
This course level is not unit-specific and can be taught on any unit the instructor has familiarity with.
Air Dil Deco, 6 dives, max depth 40 meters
The course is designed to be non unit-specific and will provide the skills and knowledge to safely dive on Normoxic Trimix.
4 dives plus warm-up dives, max depth 60 meters
Includes:
Students will learn to dive on Hypoxic Trimix while using up to 100% oxygen in this non unit-specific course.
3 days plus warm-up dives, max depth 100 meters

ANDI CCR Rebreather Prerequisites
Students must be aged 18 years or over.
Open water certification is required.
Students need to have completed a minimum of 50 logged dives to take these courses. The logged dives must be completed in an environment similar to that which the course is will be taught.
ANDI CSU (level 2) SafeAir certification equivalent or Nitrox.
Firstly, the pre-test needs to be passed. This is a written exam consisting of subjects covered in the CSU level 2 SafeAir course. The subjects covered will be relevant to closed-circuit rebreather diving.
Students should be competent with the equipment required to take this course. This does exclude the rebreather itself however which you will be trained to use.
Every student has to be passed medically fit to dive. In addition, they will also need to have signed an ANDI CCR liability waiver. An instructor may also request a medical.
Closed Circuit Rebreather Rental
If you would like to rent a rebreather unit, they are available at a cost of 3,000 THB per dive, plus sorb which is 1000 THB per fill. We also require a deposit of 300 Euros for the use of the unit.
Closed Circuit Rebreather Fun Diving Package
If you have your own rebreather unit and would like to fun dive to get your hours up, we can offer a 4 dive package for only 4,700 THB, plus sorb which is 1,000 THB per fill.
Dive duration is approximately 90-120 minutes and with a certified CCR instructor. We also provide a workstation for maintenance and adjustments to your unit, as well as 3 liter cylinders available for rent. Oxygen and dill fill are included and helium is available on request, charged at 2 THB per liter.
